Julianne Fleischer

Julianne Fleischer serves as Legal Counsel at Advocates for Faith & Freedom, where she passionately defends constitutional rights, focusing on religious liberty, free speech, right to life, and parental rights. She has represented churches, non-profit ministries, school districts, pastors, pro-life advocates, and public and private employees. Julianne has appeared on Fox News, One America News, Real America’s Voice, and other media outlets.

Before joining Advocates, Julianne served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she focused on religious asylum matters. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University and earned her Juris Doctor with Honors from Regent University School of Law. At Regent Law, Julianne was Managing Editor of Regent Law Review, participated in Moot Court, and received multiple awards for her advocacy. She also completed externships with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. Consistent with her passion for defending religious liberty and the family, Julianne also interned at the Family Research Council and American Center for Law & Justice throughout college and law school.

Julianne Fleischer is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the Eastern District of California, the Southern District of California, and the Northern District of California. In addition, she is a member of the California State Bar.
