Julianne Fleischer

Legal Counsel

As legal counsel at Advocates for Faith & Freedom, Julianne Fleischer is passionate about using her legal skills to defend constitutional rights nationwide. Julianne handles a variety of constitutional law matters concerning religious liberty, free speech, and the right to life.

Before joining Advocates, Julianne served as an Attorney Advisor in the Executive Office for Immigration Review with the United States Department of Justice where she worked on immigration matters, including religious asylum cases.

Julianne graduated Magna Cum Laude from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a minor in Western Legal Traditions. She graduated with Honors from Regent University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. While at Regent Law, she served as the Managing Editor of Regent University Law Review and as a member of Regent Law’s Moot Court program. Julianne received the Ronald L. Fick Book Award in her Advanced Appellate Advocacy course and received multiple best brief and oralist awards. Julianne externed at the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Virginia and the Court of Appeals of Virginia and completed an apprenticeship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California. Throughout law school, Julianne also served as a law clerk at the American Center for Law and Justice and the Family Research Council.

Outside of work, Julianne enjoys biking and kayaking at the beach, hiking with her pup, road-tripping throughout the United States, and spending time with her friends and family.
