As we step into the new year, our pace is marked by an increased workload, fueled by a surge in the number of cases we’re handling. Presently, we are managing 20 active cases, reflecting the ongoing challenges to our liberties, demanding heightened defense efforts. Gratefully, we have a committed team that tirelessly safeguards our constitutional and religious freedoms. It has been another epic year for Advocates for Faith & Freedom. As we gear up for the next, it promises to surpass the significance of the past. Last week, we were asked to accept the defense in another nationally significant and historic case. It concerns the case of Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop. Garrett Ziegler and his nonprofit organization, Marco Polo, are being sued by Hunter Biden for their pivotal role in exposing the contents of Hunter’s laptop. Their extensive research made it accessible to Congress and the public, contributing significantly to today’s national news.

Since COVID-19, our organization has continued to expand its influence across the country. In this newsletter, we want to demonstrate to you the increase in productivity our organization has generated because of the generous support of our followers.

Over the past decade, Americans have experienced continuous tyrannical overreach of the government arm. The Government is now dictating individual healthcare decisions, denying families medical and religious freedom.

If a California county can spy on a church in this way without limitation, what is to stop the federal government from weaponizing the department of justice in the same way against whatever political organization, rally, or candidate that is not currently in power?

Once again, California is pummeled by a relentless onslaught of bills that seek to dismantle the sacred institution of the family, assail the rights of parents, and mercilessly prey upon children. Though the attack is numerous, we will highlight three alarming bills…

It is no secret that government overreach on religious freedom was unprecedented during the COVID-19 pandemic. Local governments imposed harsh restrictions on religious exercise and even penalized churches for keeping their doors open. Throughout the pandemic, Advocates remained steadfastly committed to defending the right of churches to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. Today, we are thrilled to announce our tireless work paid off, as we were able to secure two successful settlements.  

Religious freedom is the one freedom that safeguards conscience, allows Americans to live out their faith, and makes the nation stronger.  Though it is a fundamental right enshrined in the US Constitution, today there are various factors putting religious freedoms at risk, including discrimination in the workplace, censorship on social media platforms, and government-imposed restrictions during the pandemic. Big tech, employers, and landlords are trampling on the Free Exercise Clause by discriminating against individuals on the basis of their religious beliefs.
