Share this story:

Advocates for Faith & Freedom represents Ruth Weiss, a California voter and volunteer with Election Integrity Project California, in a petition seeking to compel Secretary of State Shirley Weber to comply with California’s Voter Bill of Rights. After EIPCa identified significant discrepancies between publicly reported election results and voter accounting data provided by the Secretary of State’s office, Ms. Weiss asked basic questions about the procedures used to compile the data and prevent duplicate votes. Rather than alleging wrongdoing or challenging the election outcome, the petition simply asks the court to require the Secretary of State to answer those questions or direct Ms. Weiss to the appropriate official who can.
