Dear Friend,

Our Vice President and Chief of Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation, Erin Mersino, recently joined the Eleven Talents show for a wide-ranging conversation about faith, family, and defending constitutional freedom.

Erin shares her journey from criminal prosecution to constitutional litigation, including her role in challenging the HHS mandate and helping secure victory at the U.S. Supreme Court. She also opens up about the faith that guides her work, raising five boys, welcoming a son with Down syndrome, and trusting God through unexpected trials.

The conversation also looks ahead at some of the most consequential legal and cultural battles facing our nation, including religious freedom, sanctity of life, faith in public life, Title IX and women’s sports, free speech, gender-identity litigation, and the growing use of lawfare against people of faith.

Erin gives a powerful reminder of why these freedoms must continue to be defended.

We are incredibly blessed to have Erin on our team. Her legal skill, courage, and unwavering faith strengthen this ministry and the work we are privileged to carry forward together.

In Christ,

Robert Tyler
President and Chief Counsel
