Demand for Religious Exemption from Covid-19 Vaccination
The Biden Administration and State Authorities are forcing the Covid-19 Vaccination upon American’s in response to the Delta variant - continuing to instill fear. Governor Gavin Newsom has turned his focus towards teachers and nurses - teachers being forced to vax-or-test weekly to be eligible to educate future generations, and nurses being forced to vax or get fired with no questions asked. Additionally, our commander-in-chief President Biden has enforced that service members be required to be vaccinated no later than mid-September, meanwhile his administration is not mandating vaccines for White House staff.
Advocates for Faith & Freedom has recognized the need for a stronger stance against this unconstitutional infringement on your liberties and have decided to act! We are committed to protecting your rights to freely live out your faith. In response to this commitment, we have developed a Demand for Religious Exemption from the Covid-19 Vaccine. Schools, businesses, and governmental agencies alike are demanding people to be vaccinated with the COVID vaccine. Whether a university is threatening to deny your admittance, or an employer is threatening to fire you for not taking the vaccine, this document is intended to assist you in building your case to be exempt from their demands.
We are receiving more inquiries than we can field during this trying time. We ask that you first attempt to obtain an exemption from the applicable vaccine mandate before contacting us. Be assured that we are litigating on multiple fronts in an attempt to establish legal precedent that religious exemptions must be granted. Additionally, we are presently litigating a significant case against a university to try to establish precedent that prevents discriminatory treatment of persons who choose to reject the Covid-19 shots.
If you have a medical reason for demanding a medical exemption, you should consult with your doctor and obtain written evidence from your doctor that you are entitled to a medical exemption. Submit that exemption request in addition to your request for a religious exemption.
If the exemption request is successful on your behalf OR if the recipient of your exemption denies your request, please let us know by emailing us at info@faith-freedom.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to take on your case due to limited resources and manpower. You should not deem this to be an offer to provide legal services. You should contact a local attorney to determine whether your local agency, law and/or employer requires any particular method for requesting an exemption.
The document you will receive after completing the information below is only intended to be used as a template. Please put this information into your own words.
If you have previously had COVID-19, you may want to add the following to the template: “I already had COVID-19, and I have antibodies to provide me with natural immunity. Therefore, since the purpose of the vaccine is to produce antibodies, and I already have antibodies, the benefits associated with being injected do not outweigh the possible risks.”
Would you be willing to donate to our mission so that we can have sufficient resources to continue our battle for your liberty? We greatly appreciate your support.
