Last week, following a fiercely debated school board meeting, the Chino Valley Unified School District voted to approve the Parental Rights Policy, effectively reintegrating parents into discussions concerning critical aspects of students' lives.

After a nearly two and a half year legal battle challenging the City of La Habra Heights’ discriminatory application of its noise ordinance against Word Aflame Tabernacle, Inc, Advocates for Faith & Freedom has secured a settlement with the City of La Habra Heights on behalf of Word Aflame.

Jessica Tapia was not dismissed for any wrongdoing, rather, she was dismissed for her Christian beliefs. This is a clear violation of our Constitutional rights.

“They went after our bank.  They got our bank to basically foreclose on us.  They put a geofence around our property. They sent OSHA after us.”

We are taking this all the way to the top and we are going to relish the fight as the facts and evidence are in our favor.

This case positions us at the forefront of promoting electing integrity by ensuring the public can observe the processing of vote-by-mail ballots.

The district enforced directives requiring she hide students’ gender reassignment treatment from their parents, allow transgender students to use their preferred locker room and restroom, refrain from sharing her faith and beliefs on social media, and abstain from sharing her biblical beliefs…

They placed a geofence around the church property for over a year, allowing the county to track congregants anywhere, including the bathroom, nursery, sanctuary and prayer rooms.

Santa Clara County used cell phone data to track the whereabouts of parishioners.
