PARENTS ARE BEING PUSHED OUT—WE ARE PUSHING BACK.
Through California, a quiet revolution is unfolding in public schools, and parents are being deliberately cut out of the process. From hidden gender transitions to activist-driven curricula, radical agendas are displacing parental authority.
This is not a misunderstanding. It is an intentional movement. One that seeks to redefine truth, erase traditional values, and reprogram children without parental knowledge or consent.
At Advocates for Faith & Freedom, we are drawing a clear line.
We are working with school board members, teachers, and families who are standing boldly for what is right. The government does not own your children. Parents have a God-given, constitutionally protected right to guide the upbringing and moral instruction of their sons and daughters. That right must be defended—in the courtroom and in the public square.
CRT CASE UPDATE: COURT SIDES WITH RADICALS—FOR NOW
In a recent development, the California Court of Appeal has reversed the trial court’s denial of a preliminary injunction in the lawsuit challenging Temecula Valley Unified School District’s resolution against Critical Race Theory (CRT). The appellate court has ordered the lower court to issue a temporary injunction against the resolution while the case proceeds.
This ruling does not resolve the merits of the case. It is a procedural decision regarding whether the resolution may remain in effect during litigation. Advocates for Faith & Freedom remains confident in the legality of Temecula Valley’s actions and the strength of this case as we move forward.
"Although we are disappointed with the Court’s decision, we remain committed to defending the constitutionality of Temecula Valley Unified School District’s actions," states Advocates attorney Julianne Fleischer. "Critical race theory and its offshoots have no place in public institutions that are meant to serve all individuals equally. These ideas promote division, resentment, and a distorted view of history that punishes students and staff based on skin color rather than character."
We will continue to challenge CRT and its corrosive influence on public education. Our nation was founded on the principle that all men are created equal. We will not stand by as that principle is replaced with race-based ideology and collective guilt.
