This October reminds us that the fight for faith and freedom extends beyond courtrooms; what happens in the courts sends a ripple effect to our neighborhoods, schools, churches, and halls of government across America. In a culture that desires to erase God and silence His believers, Advocates for Faith & Freedom stands firm to secure the constitutional protections that allow all Americans to live and proclaim the truth of God’s Word without fear.
At present, our legal team is managing more than 30 active cases, each representing believers who refuse to compromise their faith in the face of government pressure or cultural hostility. Every letter written, every case filed, and every victory achieved reflects your impact and God’s faithfulness.
Case Updates: Where Your Prayers and Gifts Are Working
Victory in Save Girls’ Sports In a landmark ruling, a liberal, Democrat-appointed judge found that it is harmful—enough to satisfy Article III standing—for a biological male to compete on a girls’ sports team. This extraordinary acknowledgment of biological truth allowed our Title IX lawsuit to move forward. In a monumental victory, the federal court denied the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss allowing our fight to continue.
This is not just a procedural win, it is a tremendous, first-of-its-kind moment in the national fight to preserve fairness, safety, and integrity in women’s sports!
Meanwhile, our attorneys have filed several friend-of-the-court briefs before the United States Supreme Court in recent months, directly impacting decisions before our nation’s highest court and allowing our voice to reach the nine justices of the Supreme Court. In West Virginia v. B.P.J., Advocates for Faith and Freedom had the honor of representing several California School Districts to argue for the preservation of Title IX and to save opportunities for girls in sports. This case could ultimately decide this issue for the entire nation by the end of June 2026. We continue to fight for a future where every girl can compete on a level playing field, without politics redefining reality!
Behind the Scenes: Quiet Work with Major Impact Not every battle makes the evening news. Much of our impact happens through demand letters that correct unlawful policies before litigation is required, consultations with clients, brief writing for hours at the computer, tedious and long hours poured into building our cases, and through friend-of-the-court-briefs that shape the courts’ understanding of the constitutional stakes. These efforts conserve resources, protect families sooner, and build the legal foundation for future victories. Preparing for Trial and Beyond
Our legal team is preparing for two major trials and actively litigating in multiple courts across the country, including:
The United States Supreme Court
The 6th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals
Federal and state courts, including the State of Missouri
We are also partnering with parents and organizations across the nation to preserve the innocence of children and defend parental rights following the passage of California’s AB 495—a dangerous law that undermines families and gives government unprecedented influence over children’s upbringing and identity.

Scripture says, “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3) The answer is clear: the righteous build. We build by prayer. We build by principled action.
