Honoring the Legacy of Charlie Kirk

In a time when truth is mocked and faith is under siege, we pause to honor a warrior for Christ and for America, Charlie Kirk, a brother who stood firm and whose life now charges us to do the same. Charlie Kirk’s passing is not just the loss of a man; it is the loss of a bold watchman on the wall. He stood without apology for truth in a culture drowning in lies. He reminded America that freedom is not granted by politicians but secured by God. He called Christians out of the shadows of comfort and into the light of conviction. Though Charlie’s courage made enemies of those who despise truth, he gave their voice a platform, not to compromise truth, but to reveal it with conviction and grace.

He was relentless in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and every political battle he fought was rooted in his unwavering Christian faith, making him a fearless voice in both the cultural and spiritual struggles of our time. Charlie showed us that to love this nation rightly is to love God first, and to defend liberty is to defend the Truth that sets men free. His absence leaves a void, but his example leaves a charge: to press on with unshakable faith, to endure trials with grit, and to fight for the soul of this nation with the eternal hope of Christ in our hearts.

Victory in Court: Protecting Free Speech and Religious Liberty

In May 2024, a biological man who identifies as a transgender woman and works in the children’s section of a library, filed a defamation and civil conspiracy lawsuit against Grace Church and Rachel Homolak. The suit targeted brave Christians who publicly spoke out against the dangers of the transgender agenda and its effect on children. Neither the church nor Homolak made any defamatory remarks.  The case was a blatant attempt to weaponize the courts to silence Christians who speak truth.

This month, we secured a major win for churches and believers across America when the court dismissed every baseless claim against the church and its members including Homolak, sending a loud message that Christians will not be silenced by intimidation lawsuits. The ruling made clear that speaking biblical truth is not defamation, that churches and faithful individuals are fully shielded under the First Amendment to preach and live out their faith, and that the faithful will not be muzzled by those who wish to erase Christianity from the public square. This is the kind of victory that Charlie fought for, and we are proud to continue that fight.

Newest Case: Protecting Female Athletes

We have also launched a critical lawsuit on behalf of three young women at Jurupa Valley High School who are being forced to compete against, and to share locker rooms with, a biological male. These courageous athletes have declared enough is enough.

Our complaint details how their privacy, safety, and athletic opportunities have been stripped away. The case alleges sex discrimination, harassment under Title IX, and Free Exercise and Equal Protection violations. Schools may cave to radical ideology, but we will stand firmly with these girls, and all women, who are refusing to be erased.

Strategic Legal Action: Amicus Briefs to Shape Law and Culture

Christians are called not only to critique culture but to shape it, which is why we are using our voice before our nation’s highest court by filing friend of the court briefs. Recently, we urged the United States Supreme Court to restore the right of parents and people of faith to live according to conscience by reinstating religious exemptions from vaccine mandates. We also filed a brief before the Supreme Court to defend young women from the injustice of being forced into unsafe and unfair conditions in schools, supporting the original intent of Title IX, which was meant to protect and provide opportunities for girls, and supporting the truthful understanding of the Equal Protection clause. Through these briefs to the United State Supreme Court, we are driving home a simple truth: our freedoms are God-given, and no government or ideology has the authority to strip them away.

Carrying the Legacy Forward

Charlie Kirk demonstrated how to lead with courage, perseverance, and a Gospel-centered heart. We were blessed to labor alongside him in defending faith and freedom, and we will not stop. We are on the front lines of the cultural and spiritual battles shaking our nation. Now is the time to be bold. Now is the time to stand. Now is the time to fight for truth, freedom, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Thank you for your continued prayers, support, and partnership in this important work. Every prayer you lift, every dollar you give, and every moment you take to stand with us strengthens our resolve and equips us to fight on the front lines for faith and freedom. Together, we are not only defending our Constitution and the rights it secures, but we are also advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a culture that is desperate for truth. We could not do this without you, and we are humbled to labor side by side with such faithful partners in this calling. If the Lord places it on your heart, we invite you to deepen your partnership by giving, knowing that every gift directly fuels this fight to preserve freedom, protect the church, and proclaim Christ with boldness.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.  Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
